Forwarding to be enables for the Calls through Attendant.

Dear All,
I have OXE crystal and I have to apply forwarding on no reply to an external number. I have managed "Forward on no reply" in dynamic state user for a userA (OXE User).Now when UserB(OXE User) makes call to UserA call is forwarded to the external number on no answer and works fine.But when an outside callerC(Outside OXE) calls the PRI number of OXE and on listening DISA he dials the internal number of UserA now this call is not forwarded to an external number however it must be forwarded as I have managed forwarding on no reply.


Please assist me in this issue.Will be grateful

maybe a connection cos issue..
