ARS & multicompany

Post by 19Homer73 »

Hello,

i have a little problem configuring an OxE (Rel. 11) with multicompany and one T2 (#1-25 company A, #26-30 company B).

How can I configure, that a user from company A and a user from company B both use 0 to get public access?

I thought, I could do that with a prefix (ARS Prof.Trg Grp Seiz.with overlap)
In the ARS I build a route with Trunk Group Source + Entity
And in the entity I say Trunk Group ID : 900 (the trunk Group for the company)

Did I forget something?
Because it won't work...

Thanks in advance for your help!

Good idea. Not works - how? you have disconnect after 0, or both company use the same TG, or something else?
you have:
- two TG (f.e. 900 and 901) with the same access but different B-channel (for outgoing calls in local parameters B-channel must be YES - for B-channel selection)
- 0 - ARS prefixes (log discriminator f.e. 0)
- entity/discr. selector - log 0 --> f.e. real 0
- discriminator rules - for dialled digits --> ARS list
- in ARS list - TG source=entity, Entity A - TG=900, Entity B - TG=901
- not forget create time based route list.

Thanks VAD.

I forgot to mention, that I can't test it live on costumer site, I just tried it with the "lookars i" command.

But the results are not good...

Here they are:

COMPANY A:

ARS Prefix : *96
Directory No : 900400
External No : 0637290260/

Command :

====================================================================
| P U B L I C E X C H A N G E T R A N S L A T O R |
====================================================================
|

| Prefix number : *96 Discri Log Id : 0
| Dir. number : 900400 Entity : 900 Discri Real Id : 0
| Route List No : 0 Scheduler No : -1
| Default sub routes list -> 1
|
| S U B R O U T E S L I S T E No 1 |
--------------------------------------------------------------------
|
| First route to try is route nb 1 stop = -1 wait = -1

====================================================================

COMPANY B:
ARS Prefix : *96
Directory No : 901199
External No : 0637290260/

Command :

====================================================================
| P U B L I C E X C H A N G E T R A N S L A T O R |
====================================================================
|

| Prefix number : *96 Discri Log Id : 0
*** Error : Discri real id not found
neqt = SHORT_NON_SIG (=-1)

Strange is that for COMPANY A user 900401 has the same result as the users from company B...

Any idea?

Where the same result? I see *** Error : Discri real id not found
In any case - you will see route 1 from list 0. But what is - route 1 - route where declared "TG source - entity".
So, for all users will used ARS list 0, from time-based route list - used route 1. But for call will be used TG from user Entity.
