If I got an external call to any of oxe features likes AA, CCD och Greeting Guide, Why doesn't the oxe send connected number? Instead the caller would see the station/trunk number that the operator sending.

Hi,
I guess you are using analog trunks, check if you have CLI enabled on your boards

No, ISDN trunks running on NPRAE boards.

Re: External call to oxe AA, CCD or greeting guide whit no connected number?
Is the CLI coming on DID extensions when called directly? How about External call back translator? Have you managed DDI translator in TG?
Re: External call to oxe AA, CCD or greeting guide whit no connected number?
Yes, when Iam calling an ddi extension, the pbx return the connected number value, as below.
The only time it doesn't is when I am receiving an call to pbx services, like CCD, AA or voice guides.
Do you have the opportunity to try this on some pbx? just call the pbxs AA, CCD or dynamic voice guides and see if you get any connected number?
thanks for looking into this,

Re: External call to oxe AA, CCD or greeting guide whit no connected number?
The AA access is part of the DID range?
Re: External call to oxe AA, CCD or greeting guide whit no connected number?
I have DID working on SIP, and am able to see the CLI on phones in all cases, direct/AA/CC.
Re: External call to oxe AA, CCD or greeting guide whit no connected number?
yes, if I have for example ddi range 1000-1999 the user could have 1001 and the AA 1002.
calling externally to 1001 the pbx returns 1001 as connected number,
calling externally to 1002 the pbx dont return any connected number.
If you got that working on sip, it also has to work on ISDN ?

Re: External call to oxe AA, CCD or greeting guide whit no connected number?
No ofcourse not, but I meant to say that I only have the opportunity to check in a system where I have SIP DID and not ISDN.
Re: External call to oxe AA, CCD or greeting guide whit no connected number?
If you could test and see what you got for any connected number would be fantastic
