Country code in front of incoming called number

Post by Kasper-1973 »

Hi guys,

SIP TRUNK
When the incoming called number looks like this URL= +491234567890 and I want to use the DDI to translate the 1234567890 into 7890, then how do I handle the +49?
How do I make the PCX ignore or delete those three characters?

The PABX just returns with a "The dialed number does not exist".

Thanks in advance

The solution....

the OXE ignores the + in the url, so instead of having 491234567890 in the translator, you should have 49491234567890.

not really. you have to manage the language code +49 in system parameters and adidionally in the external callback translator.
