Inter-Company Calling Right

I have two companys (entities) configured, and i don't want they can call between extensions of different entities. I configured in -Classes of Service/ -Phone Features COS/ Inter-Company Calling Right + False but anyway extensions can call extensions from other entity.

And putting the option in centralized Centrex Serv. + True does not work.

ideas?

You confuse a little bit some things.
Inter company calling right works when you have multi tenancy software lock open(do you?)
Using entities and connection cos can of course simulate multi tenancy features. But you have to configure smth like: connection cos 1 for users in entity 1 and connection cos 2 for users in entity 2, then disable in CC 1 access to CC 2 and in CC2 disable access to CC 1.
