Deactivation of Call Back for certain users

Hei there,
I'd like to manage, that a call back (press 1 while in conversation) can't be made on certain user sets (analogue fax sets).
I tried the search function of the forum and read, that there should be a specific right in the Telephone Facility COS named "Protected against call back on free", but there is no right with this name.
Can you tell me, how I can protect some user sets from the call back-feature without deactivating the feature in the whole PBX?

For calling set - you can forbid call back - Suffix - Ring back on free or busy set (1 allow, 0 forbiden).
For called set - you can protect from call-back - Rights No Callback On Free Set and Rights No Callback On Busy Set.

Manage in some COS f.e. protection and assigne this COS to the user.
