Malicious call trace not working

Hi guys,

I have configured as below:
phone feature COS 0 setting:
1. Classes of Service > Phone Features Classes of Service>External Services>Malicious Call=1
2. Classes of Service > Phone Features Classes of Service>Suffixes>Malicious Call=1
3. Prefix-Malicious Call #70 and Suffix-Malicious Call #70
5. As phone rings dialling #70 and release the call.

6. checking incvisu but no log found.

pls correct me to work the feature.

is it for analog phone ,
if yes i think you have to press the R button or another one i don't remeber it
i have test for analog set and i was working (R7&R8)
