External Forward is not working

Hi to all,

I am facing problem in R10.1.1 OXE that, External forward is not happening if i am trying to reach from Extension A to Extension B. But, if i am trying through DID number(through ISDN) its happening.

Please suggest what may be the problem.

in the phone feat. cos "internal calls follow external forwarding" has to be set to "true".
