call transfer on OXE R11.1

Dear friend ,
I've configured transfer call on OXE R11.1 successfully .
However , now my customer want to transfer a call as described : when someone call from outside to the company , the operator will pickup the phone , then the operator transfer a call to Mr. A , then Mr. A continue transfer call to Mr. B .
i've tried but failed , the Operator can transfer call to Mr. A , but Mr. A cannot continue transfer call to Mr. B
could you please help me to solve this problem ?

What is the phone model of Mr B?
If Mr B receive directly internal or external call, transfert work?

If you use multiline.
way 1 - Operator or/and A for second transfer - shell press second multi-line key on the set BEFORE dialling B
way 2 - Specific telephone services/ Enquir.call mod.on multilines - manage "no" - on multi-line sets, enquiry call is performed alternately on 2 lines.


But if you manage way 2 - will be not possible transfer on sets, where just one multi-line key.

Both Mr. A and Mr. B are using normal analog phones

Mr. B can transfer to another extension number when he receive directly internal or external call
