4059IP USB Keyboard REDIAL KEY not working in 4059EE software.

Anyone here manage to make the redial key works in 4059ee?

The below is the event when the key is pressed and not doing anything... SR has been opened but their replies just makes me chase my own tail.

Try updating to the latest patch of the 4059 EE application from BPWS.

I'm using 2.0.0.9 version already. Tried 1.8.0.7 as well.

Check system settings => pcx connection => prefixes => Internal number length and trunk seizure.
Internal number length must not be set to zero.
Apart from the settings above, there must obviously be an outbound call in the phone list to dial and the EE signed in,
