Hello,
We have the same problem in two location with the same voice provider with seven lines.
One of the hardware/software configuration is:
OMNIPCX with

If someone call from a mobile phone, the external line is not working and automated attendant is not working.
The phone rings from mobile but no ring inside from automated attendant.
If someone is restarting the Oxo, for few hours is working well.
But after that, is not working again.

Do you have any ideas?

We discover that the problem appears when there are too many external calls. The question is : is the problem of provider or the problem is our omnipcx?
