Issue with 4059 Application 5.4.2

Operating System Installed Windows 10 x64 Bit

Appli : SBC Session
Msg : NOT_USED
Status : L3OPEN, l2 protocol init failed

Tried the following:
1. Firewall is turned off.
2. BIND values are all set properly

First, check TechCom or Release notes. Is your operating system supported? If not, update your envoirment. Or look for an old pc wich fits 4059 requirements.

& 32 bit)
Windows 10/8/8.1 accept only USB Keyboard with hardware modification: 3AK17154ABJD
Windows® 7 accept only the USB keyboards.
Compatibility OmniPCX Enterprise release R9.1 and upper.
