How to overflow the call in the queue during the attendant is in busy.

Hi Everyone,
Our customer is using latest version of 4059IP attendant console. And they asked us how they can overflow the call to the another destination during the attendant is in busy. Basically the call will be in incoming call queue during the attendant is in busy state. If it's an external incoming call, it will be overflowed to another destination after the timer. However, the call is staying queue until the attendant picked up the call when it's internal incoming call. Do you know any idea to overflow the internal incoming call to another destination during the attendant is in busy state?
