Hi Everyone,

Our customer is using latest version of 4059IP attendant console. And they asked us how they can overflow the call to the another destination during the attendant is in busy. Basically the call will be in incoming call queue during the attendant is in busy state. If it's an external incoming call, it will be overflowed to another destination after the timer. However, the call is staying queue until the attendant picked up the call when it's internal incoming call. Do you know any idea to overflow the internal incoming call to another destination during the attendant is in busy state?

Operator console : 4059EE PC attendant
Prefix to call attendant : Attendant group call prefix

Attendant is normally never busy as they can handle many calls at once unless you could define the amount max calls on the attendant in call distribution on the attendant group.
For internal/external calls to overflow you can set a overflow timer in entity where the attendant group/attendant - 4059 belongs and then configure an overflow directory number (monoline set such as analog virtual which can be supervised by all extensions (multiline sets) that can supervise this analog virtual number).
use prefix to call attendant as "9" etc - attendant call or the entity call prefix can be whatever the external callers call less the DID prefix.

where is the overflow timer on the Entity ?
