4059 IP won't allow receptionist to see the extensions

Hi guys,

My customer is facing an issue with 4059 IP attendant.
The software, Alcatel won't allow receptionist to see the extensions of the people in the plant when she tried to forward incoming call.
Error is: Unable to establish contact with PABX. Appli: no session. Msg: Start Session Acknowledge. Cause: L3RECV, timout for ack message.
Push button only choice, Abort. Tried to reboot, doesn't work.

I cleared the MAC address from Omnivista and put it again and the scenario is worst now. 4059 IP set is not getting ip address.
Now, receptionist after rebooting the pc, is getting the following errors:

On the Alcatel-Lucent 4059 IP (ALNPHONE) it says: The Alcatel-Lucent 4059 IP has a communication problem. Please contact your administrator.

On the Alcatel 4059 BLF it says:
Unable to establish contact with PABX:
• Appli: no session
• Msg: Abca Error Message
• Cause: L3OPEN, I2 protocol init failed

What next? Please advise. Thanks in advance.

try to search for "L3OPEN, I2 protocol init failed" there have been issues discussed before and it usually comes down to the PC having multiple NIC's
