4059EE Questions

Hi

i have installed 4059EE with an 8068 IP phone for 1st time... Have some questions:
1- When we dial any internal extension from 4059EE console, we do not hear ring back tone on 8068 handset... voice starts only once call is answered, is that correct?

2- If attendant is out-of-service / not signed-on calls should be routed to a hunt group... where do we configure it? i tried overflow on attendant and entitites but didnt worked...

1- set "Tone presence" in attendant parameters to true
2- how is the attendant called. which prefix (attendant call, attendant group call, individual attendant call or entity call...) is configured?

I ll check tone presence field... Attendant is called through individual attendant call prefix

2- then manage the night cdt in attendant call distribution.

If operator is on call and second call comes it does not play a beep or sound, only visual indication... can we enable a beep or any sound to let operator know of other call?
