Free set call routing on no answer

G'Day All
I have multiple sites with OXE 4400 R11. The clients now want incoming DID to a free set to route back to the Entity Attendant. Another site wants the call to route back to the Main attendant where there is multiple entities.
I have found the options in the Phone Features COS to allow routing on a free set but I am chasing the configuration to apply to the trunk group/groups so that routing on a free set is system wide.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what you mean here. Phone COS goes by set, not by trunk-group If you edit Phone COS configuration 0, that one is the default for all sets. If you don't want everybody to have it you need to configure that setting in a different Phone COS, for example 1, and then apply that to the sets that needs the function.
