4059EE getting Crashed while 2nd call

Hi everyone,

I have 4059EE version 1.8.0.3 with Ip desktop softphone 11.0.15. And oxe version is 11.0.1. When the attended using the softphone as associate set i have a different problems. Like when the first call comes, attend will answer. And while talking to the first call, if the second call receives immediately 4059ee automatically getting Closed and the reason is "the connection is being terminated by PCX" and in OXE incident 0386 is getting generated.

But instead of Soft phone if i use desk phone 4018 as associate phone for attended, its working fine without any issue.

I have attached the 4059EE logs which is retrieved from "windows/UAC_TRC" location.

please suggest if anyone have experienced the issue before.
