Hello Guys,

I am trying to configure 4059EE IP Attendant in a OXE R12.1 , however i am getting the following message.
"Configuration Error! Bad Device!"

I configure attendant number 8699 in pbx without associate set.
I install 4059EE in windows 10.

My questions are:
Do i need to install myipphone on the pc to work with 4059EE IP?
Do i need an associate set when creating attendant?

i already associate a set, using ip phone 4008 and using my ip desktop phone on the attendant configuration , however when opening 4059EE i get the following message.
OmniPCX Session Failure::SS_SBC_EXTENDED:E_C_INI_MAX_ASSOC.

I also follow the user guide where i have to set
system parameters: “4059: PC unregistered at logoff”. It must set to True.
with the 4059EE 2.0 version and upper, this parameter must absolutely been set to True even if the application is not virtualized due to modifications done in 4059.

Any other ideas.

Hi there,

”Configuration Error! Bad Device” indicates that the device/macaddress is already allocated to another running EE.
If the problem persist, clear the mac-address manually.

”SS_SBC_EXTENDED:E_C_INI_MAX_ASSOC.” indicates that there is max amount of EE’s running, check OXE license.

Thanks for the info. Already check on customers site and is license issue. They do not have 364 - Max Attendants 4059EE.
