4059 IP Attendant SBC SESSION-L3OPEN message

Hello Guys,

I am having problems to bring up 4059IP Attendant. I only have a 4049-4059 USB Keyboard
The system is a OXE R12 and trying to install in windows 10 64 bits.

I get the following error Alcatel Lucent 4059 IP has a communication problem. please contact your Administrator
and when clicking on more: "SBC Session/L3OPEN, 12 protocol init failed"

I have disabled antivirus and followed Technical document TG0045 but still getting the same message.

In OXE i've configure the attendand as 4059IP without associate set.

Any help, I appreciate.

BTW, which is the OXE license that corresponds to 4059IP Attendant?

Hello Guys,

I have disabled windows firewall and disabled 2nd interface of pc and now get the following error

--- Error A65535-M0-S19 at 01:37:42 ---
Appli : <no session>
Msg : NOT_USED
Status : L3OPEN, end of open timeout

Any ideas? of whats happening?

Have you developed a solution to this problem?
I have exactly the same problem on a W10 installation of version 5.5.3

Hello,

I had the same problem, because I had several network interfaces, is it you case?

In my case, entering regedit -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / CurrentControlSet / services / Tcpip / Linkage

Verify that the BIND file with the MAC address of the network card as the first position, we can see in (Parameters / interfaces)

By doing this it has worked. I hope it helps you

HI!

I had this issue maybe some fixes are these:

The client did a change of domain name (this for reasons knowns) blocked the access of the 4059 5.5.4 to the OXE. In this case we restored the pc with a factory restore and then from the local account installed the 4059 but before adding to the domain. This worked but after of logging a windows user with limit access to the domain no worked anymore xD.

Enrique.man did not prove to shutdown the firewall on the pc and erase the mac address in the console?
that message in my case appeared for that reason.

Now i am proving this I was consulting and I was able to get some recommendations:

1. Start a new session with another user who has administrator level in the domain and validate access to the application.
2. Reinstall the application again from the local user and validate that users with limit accces can access.
3. Restore the computer and enable local accounts for the total number of users with their names, for security only provide access to a limited internal network (if it possible)

Hi Enrique.man

I can help you, in my case the client modify the politics and name of the domain. this makes something in the privilegies of the files or folders, we change the "Security" level and adding to "Everyone" with all control level access from the Program filex (86x) > "Alcatel" and then we did it with the applications ".exe" 4059MAC, CONFIG, etc.wich appear in the next folders.

Thanks bwen, Reverse Flash for the recommendations,

The final solution for my case was to reinstall windows and do a brand new installation of 4059IP, clear the mac address in the attendant configuration,
and disable the firewall on the pc. It was not the best solution but it worked.
