Multiline FORWARDING RINGING

Hi All,

my system is OXE release 8.0.1 common HW.

i created Multiline sets (IP phone 4038): A,B

i want to config all incoming calls to user A:
-will only show LED indicator to User A
- and show LED indicator and RING to user B.

i created directory supervisor key on User B to supervise user A.
and forwarding ringing key on User A.

but i could not active forwarding ringing key (nothing happen when i pressed this kes).


Pls help me to active this feature.
