Hello, ippstat and domstat aside, still no Desk Sharing Maintenance Commands available?
Our system is at 11.0.1
I want to decrease our level of DSS's because they are using up ip lic's unnecessarily.
No way of knowing which DSS to delete... Regards

You can match ip-adresses or mac-adresses.
After 11.0.0 I guess a patch allows this. Before this patch ip-adresses or mac-adresses don't match between DSS and DSU

Good idea but apparently ip’s and mac’s do match up but this gives me only the current situation and only the users who are logged on.
Users whom aren’t logged on get the mac aa:bb:00:00:xx:xx last four x's being their QMCDU number so no matching up here.

In R11.2.2 you have the command dsstat.
dsstat options:
Desk Sharing information :
-------------------------------------
Display all DSS's : 1
Display all unused DSS's : 2
Display all out of service DSS's : 3
Display all DSS with DSU loggedin: 4
Display all DSUs : 5
Display all logged-on DSUs : 6
Display all unsued DSUs : 7
Display unique DSS information : 8
Display unique DSU information : 9
Log-off unique DSU : 10
Log-off all DSUs : 11
Postponed Log-off of all DSUs : 12
Exit tool : 0
