How to change the volume on the 4010 sets

Hi!

Recently I upgraded our AS to R11.1, and i have some issues with 4010 sets. I can change the ringing volume, the handsfree volume with the +/- keys, but in handset mode i cannot adjust the volume.

Is there any idea?

Go to Specific Telephone Services / Audio Gain - ON
