Overflow on Out of Service

Post by wallacezammit »

Hi,

do you know if there is a way to tell the system (in general) to overflow to the attendant set for internal and external calls if a set is found to be out of service?

I managed to overflow on Out of Service to the associate set of the extension number but I would like to know if I can make a general rule for all extensions to overflow to the attendant.

Also how can I make an extension to overflow to attendant? because it does not let you enter the attendant number in associated set?

Thanks and Regards

Hi Wallace,

Any chance you could share how you managed to get the overflow on out of service to assoc. set.

I've followed the docs and can't seem to get it working.

Thanks for your help.

Cheers

I don't know any automatic way, but if you configure the set to "Immediately forward" to the number you want, it will forward to that even if it is "out of service".
The idiot who somewhat could.
