hi dear alcatel man/woman
recently i faced strange issue in crystal base oxe, sometimes (not always) some of my analog set that connect to different eZ32 cards do not ring randomly.i did not see any alarm in my incvisu when its happen. i change the card and some user position but still have problem.
do you have any recommendations ?

Since when does this happen?
Any change at power supply?

its a few weeks that its happen. yes i check the power supply and no problem with that.
