Hello!
A client requested the callback and callback cancellation feature. I've created the "booking on free or busy set" suffix, and the "Canc.auto.call back on busy" preffix. I've granted the privileges on Phone facilities COS:
Rights
No Callback On Free Set : 1 (The client doesn't want callback when the set is free)
No Callback On Busy Set : 0
Set Features
Canc.auto.call back on busy : 1
Suffixes
Ringback on free or busy set : 1
But even after these configurations, the callback cancellation doesn't work (the callback is working). When I try to cancel the callback from an 8-9 Series, I got the "Feature rejected" message.
Right now, I don't have any other ideas of what else I can do to make it works. Did I forget something?
By the way, I'm using R8.0.1 G1.503 Patch 17.

Specific telephone services - you have item "Only 1 Callback feature on busy".
You can choose - 1 callback and cancell, or 8 callback from one set but without cancell.

You have user without callback requiest. manage "Only 1 Callback feature on busy", order CALLBACK ON BUSY and cannot cancel?
And what happen - dial prefix and what?

i fix compelete callback request. I a question, Why do I call out so long for about 30 seconds to reconnect, can you help me?
