Most Annoying Problem | Hunt Group Notification "you are in the group"

Hello!

Imagine you check-in to a hotel and all night long the phone beeps every 30 minutes even after you put it on DND or even the ringer is all the way down. Not acceptable!

I have a hotel with 300 rooms setup using SIP phones 8001. Each room has two phones, one 8001 and one telematrix (without display) in a hunt group.

Every often, the 8001 set receives a message "you are in the group" and the phone beeps. The phone continues to beep every 30 minutes until the message is read or deleted. I tried DND on the set and it still sounds every 30 minutes. I played around with many options on the phone and on the OmniPCX enterprise but no luck. I put another admin extension in hunt group and same issue. Its driving us crazy!

I tried another model set and i get the message but no beep.

Please help before my guest shoot me down.
