Hi mtcl,

create speeddial with the external target and set the overflow direction to the speeddial.
It should be work.

Hi smileyman
That is not possible, the system refuses this kind of configuration (the overflow parameter does not accept a speed dial number)

Hi mtcl,
oh sorry, i thought that would have been working for me.
Have you tested it with an forwarded virtual extension?
I will test it tomorrow.

Yes smileman,

I have also tested with virtual-forwarded extention. It works this way, only if the group has one extention working. If I increase the number of extensions in the group, it does not work ? Strange, isn't it ?

Maybe you need to disable camp on on hunt group (0%).

Yes I have done that, however I noticed that the call follow the Entity Overflow number, where it also not allowd to configure a virtual forwarded number

For me it works: virtual set (ghost z without ghost z feature) forwarded to external number assigned without problem in entity and in hunt group overflow.
