Call Routing Group

Post by tgn » 01 Dec 2012 11:41

Hello all,

i've been trying to build a simple configuration with the new Call Routing Group (CRG) feature.

there are 3 mobile 300 sets (301, 304, 334).

CRG 1 contains:

Code: Select all

         ┌─Review/Modify: Call Routing Group ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐
         │ │
         │ Routing Group Number : 1 │
         │ │
         │ Name : test0 │
         │ │
         │ Call Distribution │

         │ 2nd Extension Routing : 334 │
         │ │

The Prefix for CRG 1 is 337.

CRG 2 contains:

In Subscriber 301 is managed:

                          └──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘
In Subscriber 304 is managed:

Code: Select all

                          │ │
                          │ Directory Number : 304 │
                          │ │
                          │ Overflow on associate + True │
                          │ Overfl.busy to assoc.set + True │

                          │ │
                          └──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘
The Goal is:

If someone calls subscriber 301:

Code: Select all

301 rings ---after busy or free set---> 304 rings ---after busy or free set---> 334 rings
If all sets are busy -> busy information must be sended in isdn protocol.

If someone calls subscriber 304:

Code: Select all

304 rings ---after busy or free set---> 301 rings ---after busy or free set---> 334 rings
If all sets are busy -> busy information must be sended in isdn protocol.

The problem at the Moment is... i'll get an incident if the sets 301 and 302 are busy.

Code: Select all

02/12/12 15:21:05 000001M|---/--/-/---|=2:1724=Equipment in a loop, PC 0x08757ce0 neqt 1421 evt 10

Code: Select all

incinfo GEA 1724

INCIDENT NUMBER: 1724
Network indicator: Alcatel 4400
OBJECT CLASS: Dhs3x_node
EVENT TYPE: ProcessingErrorAlarm (10)
PROBABLE CAUSE: Unknown (0)
SEVERITY: Major

"Equipment in a loop, PC 0xP1P2 neqt P3 evt P4"
"P1 : Called function address, MSW"
"P2 : Called function address, LSW"
"P3 : Number of the active piece of equipment"
"P4 : Event number"
"This equipment is involved in a loop of events. It is stopped by"
"monitel in order to suppress the loop."
"The faulty half-communication, cleaned and released, is recovered by the"
"telephone application defence mechanism. The waiting logical events"
"are not processed."
"Note the incident with all its information on an observation sheet"
"(problem report), specifying if possible the error context.";
So i think there is a software issue here...

Also if i have trouble with only one simple CRG and all users are busy.
In this case allways ISDN Cause 41dez. (Temporary failure) will be sent instead of ISDN Cause 17dez. (User busy)

Is there anybody out there, who has expierience with CRG Feature?
Is there another solution to build such a configuration?

Thanks for all answers and regards...

Just use a virtual set associated to CRG prefix will be fine.

I'm still learning on the rope.

Hunt group - this is usual group (with some parameters - search type, authorized camp-on calls % etc), you can dial HG number - from internal sets or from external, when dial HG numbers.

Call routing group - this is just like CDT table in entity.
