Entity hunt group

Hi guys, i am trying to set up an entity hunt group with overflow to VM. I know previously (well ithink) that i set up as follows

create prefix as entity call
create entity
1st day to HG pilot
1st night to ua virtual number with imm div to vm (external vm)
create sequential HG
last member of HG is ua virtual with imm divert to the ua virtual that is 1st night routing.

I am 95% sure this worked when i was on 10.2. i am now on 11.1.

At the moment the hunt group works fine in the day and the entity goes to the vm at night. I really need the calls to overflow to the same vm as the night routing if no one in the hunt group answers. Any help gratefull received.

hi try to configure in the hunt group the overflow number (ua virtual ) and Authorized Camp on Calls % : 0

Thanks for the reply, tried that and it did not work. I think there may have been a software change in R11 that removed the ability to do this. Happy to be proved wrong though.

is the hunt group at the same entity as your prefix?

When we make it the same it only goes to the first number in the hunt group then bounces straight to vm (1st night route)

i have a similar conifguration but with no problem.....try to configure Authorized Camp on Calls % : 100
if it is a pbx upgrade maybe you need to delete the entity configuration and do it again

i had a similar configuration in my OXE with the same Problem.
Try to change the Public Network Category of the Hunting Group to 255

Thanks for the reply. Apparently, according to our Alcatel partner, this was removed as a feature by Alcatel. We have had to change the hunt group to a call routing group instead. This gives us the ability to call around a group of up to 12 extensions, then overflow to VM. Set up in the following way

pilot created as UA virtual with vm
UA virtual has imm div to entity crg number
entity crg is a prefix with prefix info calling the call routing group

sorry if this is unclear cant really describe it any other way. The call routing group only works sequentialy though, but does allow us to overflow on vm.
