Call Route Groupe forwarding number displayed

Dears,

We are using the Call Routing Group instead of hunt group because some extensions need to be in multiple groups.
The problem we have is that when a call is send to a CRG the receiving set sees a =>xxxxxx on his phone and only partially the caller name.

As we are using this in the context of a home for the elderly this is a problem as the nurse doesn't see the full name and thus doesn't know from where the call is coming. (Full name is in the log but it is vital for them to see the full name when receiving the call)

I'm wondering if there is a way to remove the =>xxxxxxx so the member of the CRG just sees the name of the caller?
