Overflow to Voicemail

Hi I've configured a Hunt group with overflow to a number which is forwarded to it's voicemail.
When calling internally and the group is "empty" I get the voicemail.

However when I call from external line I get the busy tone.

I want external callers to reach the voicemail when there is no answer or the group is empty.

What can I do?

It was idd set to 0.
Adapted it and now it works!
