How to make seize Avaya PBX PRA prefix from OXE

Post by HUSSAINQCS » 25 Feb 2019 11:14

Hi,

I have OXE interconnected with Avaya PBAX via QSIG also the Avaya Extension numbers have been configured as Speed dial numbers in OXE side.

Now I want to send the entire numbers to Avaya to route the call to GSM gateway (Avaya & GSM Gateway already integrated with SIP )

In detail I need to dial outside local or mobile Numbers from OXE sezeing Avaya prefix

Where Avaya local prefix for external dialing is 12

But in OXE side where we can route the prefix 12 so that OXE user can dial through Avaya

Any ideas

Not clear - what is your problem?
You can dial Avaya local numbers - QSIG TG prefix + number (f.e. 4XXX - if 4XXX Avaya local numbers).
For transit calls you need to do the same - dial QSIG TG prefix + number (12XXXXXXXXXXXX).
