where did you read that this is possible? I believe it continues been a limitation. It is not like OXO. Regards.

Dial by name is only possible on sets with the integrated keyboard.
So not with the 4018.

Things you can do:
- Use the 4760 directory to look for a name and number. Use the STAP feature to make a call with the 4018 y clicking on the number in the browser.
- Use the My Instant Communicator for the name search in an external database and make a call using the 4018.
