For me - behavior what you want - not correct.

You want (f.e. call fotwarded to Abbrevieted Number 1234):
- user A dial 1234 - call destination C
- user A dial B (with forward to 1234), user A see that call forwarded to 1234 but call destination will be D

Both users belong to the same company, they belong to different departments, so I can not forbid them to call directly.
They use the same TG etc.
The problem is that if the user B forwards call using it's own Entity Abbreviated Area to user C (using Abbreiated Area prefix and it's speed call), PBX uses Abbreviated Area belonging to user A instead of user B

PBX not use Abbreviated number of user A or B. PBX use number dialed from B set when forward was ordered (f.e. B dial fwd+1234, where 12 abbreviated area and 34 cell).
Call forwarded not to abbreviated number (cell 34, area 12), call forwarded to number 1234. And destination will be selected depends of - what 1234 meaning for user A.
