OXE Phone Book Not Working

Hi All,

I have an OXE 11.2.1 with Users configured with names and all users "Dial By Name" field is yes... Still if i press any key on 80x8 IP Phone key board, nothing happens, only screen lits up but it doesnt give any option to search phone book.. is there any configuration required? I can see users under Phone book on OV8770...

When you write "Dial By Name" field is yes - it was about item:
Can Be Called By Name, or
Call by name and mini mail

Yes we have license for this feature

Both called by name and call by name are yes

Do we need to enable this feature? Can't remember any such thing being told during training [emoji848]

As I remember - for caller enough - check "Call by name and mini mail" and declare keyboard=default keyboard (by default).
With "spadmin" command - menu 1 - what shown in Call by name counter
With "spadmin" command - menu 2 - what shown in Phone book users (lock 2)

May be some SW problem - check readme file from new patch/ or make request to Alcatel.

Call by name counter is 0
Phone Book User = 0/630

So the issue was under users

Call by name and text msg. was set to No

Made it yes and it started working
