Hello all,
does anyone know if there is any away to change entity state using a prefix? My point is that i need to remove a 4059 IP attendant and replace it for a 8038 set. The problem is that the previous attendant used to change the entity state and now i must offer this feature on the new 8038 set.
Thanks in advance!
Miguel

Re: Entity State Changing
You want to use 8038 as usual IP set? Not like attendant?

Re: Entity State Changing
If you configure 8038 as Attendant set, then it can change the entity state, otherwise not possible from normal IP phone.

Is it possible to use 8038 (not 8068) as attendant set?mustafa.ahmad wrote: ↑11 Aug 2020 09:44 If you configure 8038 as Attendant set, then it can change the entity state, otherwise not possible from normal IP phone.
