Hello Guys
I have incoming calls going directly to various extensions , what I want to do is when a direct call isn't answered after 5 rings it should jump to the attendant.
How do I this ?
I read that this is done through Entity but I can´t see where .

in the entities, whichever one u are using, put the attendant group in the day / night routing.

Thanks I found the solutionmustafa.ahmad wrote:in the entities, whichever one u are using, put the attendant group in the day / night routing.
Fisrt you go to categories , access categories and validate "DDI Overflow On Total Busy"
Second you must go to "external services " -> Trunk Category and depending on what trunk category your lines are using you must regulate "Overflow Timer on No Reply : 210"
Third like you said put the attendant group in the day / night routing.
IT works fine , after 5 rings it jumps to my attendant .
Thanks mustafa.ahmad for the Hint

Re: Incoming Calls aftter 5 rings should rout to attendante
In my case, I need not to forward the DID call to the attendant.
I'm having 5 entities with 3 operators on each entities, but on one of my entity if they call a DID user and the call was not answered it always transfer to the attendant.
All subscribers are using same Public Network COS = 2, on this thread, to be able to make an overflow to the attendant from a DID call, the management on PNCOS & external services, what possible parameter could disable this overflow feature. I have identical configuration on all of my entities in the network, only this entity has a different behavior than the others.
Thank you for your help.
