What's the timer used to overflow ?

Hi,

On entity with a entity call, what's the timer used to overflow to the 1st routing to the 2nd routing, and to the 2nd routing to the 3nd routing.

I ve not attendant on the CDT, only classic user (UA or Ipphone).

OK, it's the timers configured on trunk categories.

I didn't find the timers because as I use "Unavaibility Guide " on my phone sets, and it's the timer configured on the leaf that it's used.
