Incoming calls routing issue

Post by explosib »

I am having a problem with my PABX and I am looking for sollution how to set it up right.
I am having 2 NDDI cards with 8 external lines hooked up to each.
All porst are in Trunk group 4.
Every port has assigned routing number in my PABX and is set up Comb/mixed.
When I am calling out trunk for connection are used randomly not like is assigned for extension.
Secondly when calls are coming in to PABX these are not going thru directly to dedicated extension number as it set up.
I am havin 2 ring backs than continious dial tone from PABX and during that I need to dial extension number from my PABX manualy. To be honset I can not figure where to set it up but it leads me to entity set up.
So I am having Entity 0 and Entity 1. (Entity 0 i assigned to the trunk group 4 as my all external lines)

I am also receiving this alarm "01/03/13 23:32:09 000001M|000/12/0/028|=3:1307=MCDU in distri tab entity 1, col Night , line 4 incorrect or missing"

That extensions assigned to the external lines will use that external line only. And incoming call will be directed straight to that line.

For your incoming call distribution, you have to define the 1st Day routing 1st Night routing. or you can define the routing on the trunk level.

Check in local parameters of TG - that TG not used in DISA.
