Entity routing problems

I have a problem so I cannot find a solution on. Can someone help me?
I have an OXE with rel. 11.0.
When someone, call main number as is routed to an Entity (1 st Day Routing). The phone rings on phone 1 and phone 1 answer the phone. If phone 1 sets the telephone to another phone and this person is not answer the phone. The phone goes back to the Entity and ringing on the phone so is programmed in “2 st Day Routing” (Phone 2).
Is it possible to program the phone as is not answered to come back to “1 st Day Routing” in the Entity instead of “2 st Day Routing”?
