Entity Overflow Routing Error

I don't get it.
Trying to change the "Entity overflow routing number" and entering a set returns an error : calls Distribution: invalid attribute value.
- Set is no multiline.
- Not in a group
- Not an S0.
- Not supervised/supervisor.
It is a basic set in the same entity and still I get the error.
Already chechkdb and double bascul to no avail.

Anyone an idea or am I missing something ?

System allow or not declare another set (problem with set or with entity overflow number field)?
