Any idea whose side issue oxe or avaya what to do next please suggest
In your trace is still u-Law visible (80 90 a2).
You have to note the last byte.
I believe, all your problems are related to the codec issue.

I made successful call with QSIG-GF (abcf) from oxe to avaya

When oxe user calls avaya user in avaya side they can able see the extension no of oxe

But when avaya calling to oxe in oxe both name and extension no of avaya not showing what could be the issue

Any suggestions

open your eyes... can you see any name in the setup message from avaya, that you've posted earlier?
