Delay in ringing

Hi,

customer have an OXE R 10.1, where there are 4 trunk boards all connected to two incoming trunkgroups, whenever an outside caller calls he/she hears 3 ring back tones and after that on fourth ring the telephone set rings, is there a timer to reduce these number of rings? or anyone can suggest a solution?

CLI is enabled on the boards, but is not provided by the TELCO, could this be a reason?
