Name not displaying during ringing phase for OXE to Avaya admin calling

Post by HUSSAINQCS »

We have two systems OXE & Avaya connected with QSIG-GF when oxe room user calls to Avaya Attendant during the ringing phase the Avaya operator can able to see both the name and no of oxe room user(using prefix 0 to call Avaya operator)

But when OXE admin user(IP Phone)calls to Avaya admin user(IP Phone) during ringing phase OXE user can able to see only the extension no of Avaya after answered the call from Avaya end then only OXE user can able to see the name.

We are using ARS prefix to call from OXE admin user to Avaya admin user

Will the name will be displayed after the answer from the avaya end can anyone explain because we have similar homogeneous numbering plans in both Avaya & OXE end

Note: When i create Avaya extension no as a network no at that time i can able to see the name during the ringing phase

everytime the same mistakes...
show us more from your ars, trunk group and networktable config! also make a t3 trace from working and not working scenario.
my blindshot for this -> set
"Protocol Type + QSIG-GF" in your ars route...

regards...
