Transit between two PCM R2

Post by giovanni.attolini »

Hi for all.

After read a lot about this here, now I am posting my scenario.

PSTN <---PCMR2---> OXE <---PCMR2---> PBX from mars

Some users on OXE and some users on other PBX. I am receiving a range (9300-9349) from PSTN, some are routed to users that correspond to MCDU received and others are routed to PBX via speed dial.

SITUATION:
- Calls from PSTN to OXE users are working
- Calls from OXE users to PSTN are working
- Calls from OXE users to PBX users are working (via speed dial, the same used for transit)
- Calls from PBX users to OXE users are working
- Calls from PSTN to PBX users are not working (*)
- Calls from PBX users to PSTN are not working
* I traced it and I discovered that OXE are seizing the trunk to PBX but without sending any signal

CONF DETAILS
- COS for transit just changed in R2 COS
- Trunks with DID transcoding = False
- Speed dialing used to send calls from OXE to PBX

Solved.

ARS not works with transit and all trunks must have collect calls blocked.

Thanks

CORRECTION:

Only the PSTN trunk must have collect calls blocked, the trunk with pbx must have collect calls allowed.
