Blank calls from OXE

I have appliance server connected with OXE common hardware

Also we have Shelf 3 -GD-3 connected with PRA T2

Suddenly when i receiving a incoming and making external PRA calls there is blank communication (call got answered)and there is no RBT also

But i can able to see the channels are getting busy this was happening to me third time

Has anyone faced the similar issue with R11.1 L1.301.37

I tried replaced the GD-3 card and tried rebooted the system but the issue still persists
