Hi All,
I have two systems OXE & Avaya connected with QSIG-GF
and the calls coming to OXE forwarded to Avaya Operator console through DID translator Is it possible to configure the welcome message before the call hit on Avaya PABX. If so how to achieve this ?

Incoming greeting guide should do it as well and much easier - and you need no license for it.

Re: Welcome message in QSIG scenario
Can you give me some brief info how to achieve this Mr,Vad
Re: Welcome message in QSIG scenario
Write RBT into file (from analogue line or find some example in internet).
Write announcement what you want.
Combine two files - RBT + announcement (I use SoundForge SW).
Make VG project with AAS software.
