Trunk Supervision doesn't work for outgoing calls

Good night people,

I'm new to telephony, I've been servicing an MD110 PBX for 3 years and for the past 3 years I've been working with Alcatel OMNI PCX Enterprise OXE(R10.0). Yes, I searched the forum and the manuals that I have for the solution that I need (maybe I do not know exactly what to look for), and other than that I'm always reading the topics to try to learn something new.

My problem is: I have several Trunk Groups (TG), due to having to receive several different branch extensions. My TG 3 works perfectly, but my TG 5 works partially. How partially? When I create a trunk in this group (TG 5) and program the corresponding Trunk Number on a key on a digital extension, I can receive a call normally and if I happen to use the TG 5 access code and access that trunk I can also do call. But if I try to access the trunk by the key through Trunk Supervison, I get the following error message: Feature Rejected.

I usually use analog extensions from the Alcatel PBX itself on TG 3, and TG 5 i use analog extensions from an old MD110 PBX, although if I take a trunk from TG 3, I kill it and recreate it as TG 5, the defect continues on TG 5. And if you delete a trunk of TG 5 and create it as being from TG 3, this trunk normally works by the key.

This obviously leads me to believe that there is a configuration problem on my TG 5, but I've looked back and forward and found no difference. Even creating a new TG with the same features and settings as TG 3 and the result was The same as TG 5.

So,I know that if use all analog extesion on TG 3, will work, but i wish if possible to keep separeted.

Not yet. I reading the documentation: R10.0SysDoc.tar.gz.

when u kill the trunk and recreate it u dont change the physical equipment right? when u recreate it in the new tg u got the same logical number or not?
I see only two differences

one is not consistent for me number of digit to sent Tg3 open dialing tg5 only 7 digits
why are using DDI transcoding on NDDI? NDDI=NO DDI
last thing trkstat command shows that the trunk is free?!
when trksupv key is used we got feature rejected if the dial tone is not detected

Yes, don't change the physical eqt. Same logical number.

I see the Number of Digit to Sent, good point, but both works with private numbers only(and small 4 or 6 digitis), so in this particular case don't matter.

I will try this: NDDI=NO DDI

Yes, the trunks is free.

best way i have done it is back to back the trk to an Analog extn, set supervise the Analog
