No Ringing Tone

Hi,

I have an OXE Rel 11.2.2 which is connected to an Alcatel-Lucent AOCR (Advice of Call Recording). The connection between OXE and AOCR is made through and INTIP3 setup as ABCF private.

External Lines are ISDN PRA E1 30channels

The system works as follows :

1) External incoming call is received by the oxe and through the ddi translator is sent to the aocr.
2) AOCR plays message to the caller and sends call back to the oxe and onto the extension.

The issue is that when the call is sent back from the AOCR to the extension the external caller is not hearing the ringing tone.
Therefore caller hears the message and then it goes silent until the extension answers and then he will hear the other person.

Any Ideas?

Is there a way to tell the OXE to send a ringing tone? I know that on the oxo there is sending of ringing tone both on incoming and outgoing calls which normally solves any problems related to ringing tones but on OXE I cannot find any.

Any help is appreciated.

There isn't a sip external gateway.

There is a trunk group set as a Private Alcatel ABCF link using an INTIP3 board. This setup is used for communication between the Alcatel Enterprise and Alcatel AOCR server.

I will check if there is the 'sdp in 18x' in this trunk group but I doubt it.

ah, ok. i thougt there is a sip trunkgroup with abcf-signalling type.
i do not know, how to send early media with abcf-ip trunkgroup.
