Error Network link O/S (ABC-IP)

Hi All,

Am doing migration from R.6.2 to R.9.1 for 2 nodes, i did a migration for one node to R.9.1 after migration network link is not coming up.. i review all the configuration is same as it was..

1. Logical Links & Hybrid link access are declared,
2. X25 access is active
3. I can see all my trunk group IP channels are free.
4. I can ping OXE cpu IP add & INT-IP2 IP address also i can make a telnet from Node1 to Node2.
5.UTF-8 Name parameter is disabled in R.9.1.
6. VPN & ARS parameters are declared as it was in old config

Suproutage shows link is down, any other parameters to be concerned in R9.1 connecting to R6.2...thanks in advance.

Network link O/S in suproutage - for X25 (1) or for VPN (5)? from both ends?
After migration - in netadmin (r9.1) - everything Ok - node/ network numbers? Role addressing (if in hybrid link declared MAIN address)?

Hi Vad,

Thanx for ur reply, problem have been resolved, u dont believe this in NODE1 all the configuration is ok, after restarting both cpu in NODE2 link is syncronized..wiered but works now..thanx a lot..
